Guest Services Supervisor
Luciano Rezende is Guest Services Supervisor at the Priory Hotel. One of the newest faces on the Priory team, Luciano joined PHG in October 2021. Luciano is responsible for assisting and overseeing front desk operations, guest services, rate management and group bookings.
Luciano is a native of Brazil. Following his graduation from college, where he studied Tourism and Hospitality Management, he moved to the United States in 2005. In the US, Luciano served in a variety of roles with hotels in St. Petersburg, FL, Miami and New York City. Luciano relocated to Pittsburgh in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. The travel industry has been a passion of Luciano since his youth, and has visited many U.S. states and foreign countries in his various adventures. Luciano is very excited to be part of The Priory family and work along an amazing team.
